The new ILFOVINYL 3D Photo System includes four key steps to create the final three-dimensional piece:

IMAGE MANIPULATION
For more complex 3D designs the initial 2D image will need to be pre-distorted using standard 3D distortion software.

EXPOSING AND PROCESSING
ILFOVINYL is a traditional RA4 media processed at the same speed as paper.

SEALING
Using a hot laminator the unique ILFOSEAL layer is lightly adhered to the ILFOVINYL.

FORMING
The ILFOVINYL and ILFOSEAL are bonded to form the final 3D point of sale item.
